During this webinar, the speakers will delve into the intersection of U.S. immigration law and Interpol/Red Notice removal cases. Sandra Grossman will share her expertise successfully defending numerous clients against Interpol-issued Red Notices and how advocates may launch similar defenses before Interpol. NIPNLG staff will discuss how to prepare and present a case before the Immigration Judge, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the U.S. court of appeals while simultaneously pursuing a defense before Interpol. The speakers will also discuss habeas corpus as a strategy for clients fighting ICE detention pursuant to Interpol Red Notices.
