Program Description

Terrorism-related inadmissibility grounds (TRIG) can be extremely detrimental to a noncitizen’s case, but TRIG allegations are not insuperable barriers. This webinar will address how to overcome TRIG allegations by taking a deep dive into the elements of TRIG, the evidentiary requirements the government has to meet, the exceptions to TRIG, and creative arguments to challenge TRIG allegations. Finally, the faculty will cover TRIG exemptions and how to apply for them.
