The policy goes into effect on May 6. This webinar, hosted by the EndSIJSBacklog Coalition and intended for legal practitioners who represent SIJS youth, will discuss the key components of the new policy and flag as-yet-unanswered questions.

Please feel free to submit questions about the new policy HERE. We will cover them as we are able during the 3/17 webinar and also draw from them in our efforts to seek clarification from USCIS about the policy’s implementation.
