Program Description

This training will discuss the ethical rules that govern preparing a client for immigration court hearings. Through hypotheticals and demonstrations, the trainers will discuss what an attorney’s ethical obligations are in this critical stage of trial preparation. The training will also cover attorney obligations if a client provides false testimony or fraudulent evidence.
