CLE Credits

The New York State Defenders Association [NYSDA] has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider of Continuing Legal Education in the State of New York (2019–2022). This transitional/nontransitional program has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the Continuing Legal Education Board for a maximum of 7.0 credit hours in Professional Practice. No CLE credit may be earned for repeat attendance at any accredited CLE activity.

• Nonprofit/Legal Worker - $100 (one day), $150 (two days)
• Private Attorneys - $200 (one day), $300 (two days)

• Tuition assistance is available based on financial hardship. Send an email to hbonilla@nipnlg.org with the reason you are requesting financial aid and proof of income.
• Cancellation & Refund Policy: Registrants must cancel by midnight on 10/25. All cancellations will incur a 5% cancellation fee. If the registrant does not cancel by 10/25, no refunds will be issued. 
• Video of the presentation will be made available on request. However, CLE credit is only available for registrants who watch the live webinar.
