Program Description
The National Immigration Project will be hosting our next “Resistance Roundtable,” members-only meeting on March 20 to discuss the radical changes to Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) procedures under regulations that go into effect on March 9, 2026. We will briefly explain the substance of the rule and then have an open discussion on how the regulations impact case strategy. National Immigration Project supervising attorney, Victoria Neilson will be joined by special guest, Andrea Saenz, former BIA Appellate Immigration Judge, and current senior counsel at Co-Counsel, NYC.
There will not be CLE credit offered for the Resistance Roundtables.
