Program Description
A well-done direct examination is essential to winning a case in immigration court. Direct examination elicits testimonial evidence and this, along with documentary evidence, contains facts that allow the client to meet their burden of proof. Direct examination also allows the Immigration Judge to decipher the witness’s credibility. During this webinar the presenters will explain how to conduct direct examination well, and carry out demonstrations that will illustrate the hallmarks of a solid direct examination.
