On March 8, 2022, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services issued a long-awaited final rule on Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and related adjustment of status adjudications. During this free webinar, presenters will review key provisions of the new rule, which goes into effect on April 7, 2022, and highlight aspects of the rule that reflect a change from previous agency practice. The intended audience of this webinar are professionals who work with SIJS-eligible youth, including immigration practitioners, pro bono attorneys, public defenders, state court judges, and child welfare professionals.
